I received this product about a week ago and LOVE IT! It is the best brow definer around. You do need to purchase the brow brush to apply this item. It is so easy to apply and makes your brow look natural but better.

Prosnatural-looking, effective, best brow
Some girls like pencils, I prefer a pigmented wax, some have to much pigment and lay on to much color at once. With the Laura Mercier Brow Definer, you can build the product to your desired color & even reshape the brow to your desired shape. Definitely two thumbs up for this product.

Great product, wrong colors for me

Proseasy to use, natural-looking, long-lasting, effective
I was hoping I could make these little pots work for me, because the quality and staying power are excellent. It took some getting used to the oddly-textured hard gel formula (which I use with a stiff brush), but you could leave the cap off and it wouldn't dry out. The Brow definer appears to be water resistant and is smudge proof unless your skin is extremely oily and you give your brows a good rub. Otherwise, color stays put all day on my combination skin.
The color "Warm" is not warm at all. It's a cool charcoal brown that you can actually apply in relatively light strokes so you don't get the Groucho Marx look. This color is excellent for people wanting cool-toned eyebrows, and it's not even outside the realm of possibility for those with dark ash blonde/light ash brown hair, if you use a light hand.
Fair seems ideally suited for golden and strawberry blondes, light golden brown, or natural auburn and red-haired women. especially if brows are thinning and/or greying. Fair seems to have an ash base, but it has yellow undertones so overall it looks warm, at least on my pink-beige skin. I could see it appearing neutral, maybe even slightly cool, on warm toned skins.
Soft is a mid-toned brown that's right in the middle of Fair and Warm as far as saturation, but it still leans warm, having red undertones.
In all a great product, just not ideal for fair, light-haired, cool-toned people who can't handle any warm colors on their skin. Yes, we do exist! The only reason I am not giving this product 5 stars is because of the limited color choices.
