Proslight
I have been using Zen (in the black bottle) for about 40 years and it is the only fragrance that I wear. Nordstrom is also the only store that my husband can find it when he purchases it for me as a gift. Love the fragrance - keep selling it!

Zen, now known as "classic" Zen

Prosfresh, light, delicious
I've been wearing Zen since 1973. I've traveled the world and tried hundreds of different scents, but can't live without my Zen. This is now referred to as "classic" Zen, so don't be confused by the newer Zen product line, which I haven't tried.
I remember this fragrance back when I was in high school and I LOVED it. Some time thereafter, it was discontinued, and I went on to other fragrances. I don't know the exact circumstances when I rediscovered it this summer, but I was thrilled. It is seductive, sophisticated and classy without being overpowering and can go from casual to black tie.

traditional ZEN fragrance

While most fragrances depend on a smell`that is sharp and recognizable from a distance, Zen blends the products of Asia into a calm, warm scent that reaches out gently,reminding one of centuries of tradition which values beauty and subtlety. It is the multi layers of Zen that appeals. Women who value perfume for its' complexity and prefer scents that bespeak of individual preference, not group identity through strong smell, should try Shiseido's traditional fragrance, the one in black and gold bottles. It is a rare treat.
