I highly recommend this unit if you have a Gillette ProGlide shaver. This unit a great look on your counter and only fits the ProGlide and/or another shaver with a round base.

I have owned this stylish stand for almost five years and it has withstood the test of time. The one drawback is that you are limited to the chrome razor since most of the other TAOS razors do not fit it. That said the plain Gillete razor does just fine in the stand.

Got this as a anniversary gift, in October 2012. The chrome had pits about 3 months after. Really hoping that AoS will replace. Looks so nice and is very functional otherwise.
