I love LM Shimmer Lip Color. I just picked-up my third tube in "Amethyst", and let me tell you, it is a gorgeous color; not too purple or too red, just right (warm rosy-mauve). I also own "Pink Dawn" and "Amaretto", which are also gorgeous. The "shimmer" formula is so creamy and moisturizing. The shimmer formula gives your lips a "pearly sheen" and gives your lips a fuller appearance. I also love that LM does not use any strong perfumes in her lipsticks. These lipsticks are a great value too, I highly recommend them.
I bought the Brown Plum and it was not shimmery. When I called up and talked to one of the sales associates( Mindy is her name) at Park Meadows in Denver. She recommended I get the Lip Glace' in Quartz to go over the Brown Plum Lip Color to make it more shimmery looking, so I bought it. I am very pleased with the color and the two colors look great together. I wish Laura Mercier would make a lip color like the two I have on so it wouldn't cost so much.

Proslong-wearing, non-sticky
Laura Mercier makes the best products and this is a beautiful shade. It's not a drying lipstick, it's moist and the color stays on for a long time.
