Bought this jacket for my granddaughter who is off to college this fall. She loves it! Fits perfectly, is the length she wanted and looks great on her.
I recently purchased this jacket for a trip to the UK, it rained almost everyday. The jacket is waterproof, light weight, fits well and can be worn over layers. I purchased a Small and am 118lbs.
I was in between this jacket and the Resolve Plus jacket and based off of reviews I ordered this one. It's a great jacket especially if you want something super super light weight to keep in your backpack for hiking and stuff but I didn't like the plastic lining against my skin. I ended up returning it and getting the Resolve Plus and I love that it has a mesh lining in between the plastic part and I love that the hood on the Resolve plus rolls into the collar, features the Venture does not have. The one thing that this jacket has that the Reslove Plus does not is pit zips. The Venture is a great light weight jacket but if you want something a little more "finished" feeling and slightly heavier in weight (but still great to layer with) I would go with the Resolve Plus which is the same price. I'm also very tall (5'9') with very long arms and the arms go down to my wrist which I was so happy about!
