Love NYDJ

Very nice looking, basic jeans. These have a high rise, which I prefer in pants - coming to natural waistline. This bootcut style of NYDJ runs slightly larger than others such as straight leg , so was prefect for me since I am between sizes and didn't want a pair that was too snug (for my taste at least). I did go one size down from my normal size, as suggested, and these work perfectly.

Prosnice fabric
ConsRegular
I am very, very short-waisted, and will not wear the low-rise jeans or pants that seem to be the norm currently. Therefore, I called customer service to confirm that these jeans are full cut and the waist would be on my waist, not below. However, these "full cut" or "high rise" jeans are still low cut. They drop down below my navel and I just hate pants hanging off my hips and below my tummy. Therefore, the "waist" is too big and the stretchy fabric of the waist makes me feel the pants are going to fall off. They are low rise, as evidenced by the short 4" zipper. I wear them cinched up with a belt because I like them otherwise. Not very comfortable, but they look okay. Because I am short-waisted, I expected perfect fit, and these are not.

Very comfortable jeans
PostedSeptember 5, 2013
As with all nydj jeans they are comfortable and good looking. I did, however, need to have them shortened. I am 5'7" and they were about an inch too long.
