Prosgreat fit
I love the boot cut jeans of NYDJ as the fit is always perfect. The run long; but, after alterations, they are perfect.

These are very nice, but not typical jeans material. More like slacks. Fit perfectly.

Proscomfortable, flattering
NYDJs are worth the extra money. They fit well, are comfortable and flattering. They do stretch a bit with wear, but I am not comfortable going down a size. They go back Into shape and size with washing.

First, the color is denim - it is an extremely dark blue denim material, but it is not black, and the thread on the inside is purple in color. I bought the regular length, in a size 16, and since I'm only 5'-6" tall, they drag on the ground unless I'm wearing heels. Also, these are definitely bootcut and have a great line from hip to hem, if you're wide-hipped and curvy, but if you are full in the thighs, these jeans are going to wear out very quickly, even with only intermittent wearings. That is how thin the denim is - I wore these twice, and the material is heavily pilled in the inner thigh area. They are very soft and comfortable.
