These are very cute and look well made (which they should be for the price), but my 2yo has wider feet, and I literally couldn't even get them on her. This is the only pair of shoes we've ever had this problem with. They're super cute- just beware if your child has wider feet.
I ordered these for myself in Big Kid size 4.5, which I found to be equivalent to an Adult size 6. They fit quite well, and I'm especially pleased that they are the right width in the heel and don't slip off while I walk. The padding and sole are minimal. The toe shape is not as elegant as adult ballet flats and make one's feet look a little stumpy.
I purchased these shoes for my 4 1/2 year old granddaughter. She just loves them. Wears them to School, Church, to play in and to Ballet in. It is so cute to watch her getup on her toes and spin around.
