Proseasy to blend, long-lasting
I called online support to address a mailing issue. Dana was incredibly helpful, understanding, and responsive. She immediately resolved my issue. I wish all customer support staff were as helpful as she was.
The product itself is AMAZING. Long lasting and smudge-proof. I've been using this brand for 8 years. It's worth every penny.
I have been using this liner for years and agree with the other reviews - it looks great, doesn't irritate sensitive eyes, and lasts all day. I can't find it anymore at Sephora, so I'm thrilled Nordstrom carries it. I like the Tiger's Eye best.

Proslong-lasting
Finally a dark brown that is intense. Most browns are not dark enough but this one really shows well and stays in place until you remove it yourself, wet or dry. Plus you can use it as just a liner or apply to entire eye lid for a shadow.
