I’ve only been using for a short time so I can’t speak to long-term effects, but I was in love with this the moment I put it on my aging, very dry skin. I’ve never had loyalty to a moisturizer and can only name one night cream I’d repurchase (THAT one, of course), but this one is easier to use and takes less rubbing in the fingers to prepare for use.
I spend a lot of money taking care of my skin and I have not been able to find a night cream I love more than this. It replenished your face with hydration and you wake up with beautiful skin. Money well spent here.
Rich, creamy lotion that I purchased after enjoying the Elemis mask. After about 2 weeks of use, I can attest that it gets the job done in terms of nightly hydration to the skin in this NorthEast winter weather. I will caution that the product has a heavy perfume smell. Although I do have quite sensitive skin, the perfumes have no irritated the skin. Just providing a 4-rating and these words of caution to others considering the product.
I loved how this was working. Then I dropped it on our tile while pulling out of my drawer (only about a 1.5 foot drop) and the jar shattered. It was almost new... all that lotion wasted. I feel as if the jar should be hardier than that, as it's likely being used in bathrooms with hard floors. That said, I went and bought Lancôme because I didn't want to buy this again, and I'm not happy with the results at all. In the few days (maybe a week) I was using this product, I did see a different. In the month+ using Lancôme, I've seen NOTHING. I'm not one to waste a product, so I'll finish out my Lancôme. But once it's done, I'm back to this! I'll just be way more careful!
