Disappointing

I own several pairs of Havaianas I ordered this pair for a trip in my usual size and they are too big and loose. Ordered another pair (different pattern) they were too small. Same size on both and about 3/4” difference. Needless to say I had to return both and no time before trip to exchange. Very disappointing
