This is the second time I ordered this brow pencil. I like the color and ease of application and the Nordstrom home delivery process, very easy and convenient.
I’ve used Anastasia brow powder for years w great success. Read good things about this pencil. I tried using it and it is old and dried out. So disappointing. I’m returning it.
