I have oily skin and with any non water proof mascara, I always end up with raccoon eyes. Not a fan of waterproof mascara as I lose a lot of lashes when removing. This one works wonders - no raccoon eyes and easy removal.
I have long eyelashes, and nearly every mascara, regular or waterproof, leaves smudges just under my eyebrows where the ends of my lashes touch. This tubing mascara does not ever do that. It stays put all day.
It does not give the kind of dramatic lashes that you can get from say, Urban Decay Perversion or TooFaced BTS, but it is worth the trade off to me to not have to worry about smudges. It does give somewhat more volume than other tubing mascaras I have tried. It is cheaper than the leading brand, so that is nice, too.
I love this mascara! I've worn it for years, and every time I try something else, end up going back to it. It doesn't smudge or run throughout the day - whether I'm fixing a contact or working out. It is easily removed with warm water and cleanser, so I don't need a special eye make up remover. Terrific!

This comes with a really skinny brush so it doesn't make your eyes look very full. It is very thin and brittle.
Also, this is like waterproof mascara, which is not what I was looking for. It kinda feels stuck to your eyes and you feel like you are losing a lot of eyelashes.
I'd stick with the high impact mascara. I wish I would have ordered that.
