Proseasy to blend, smudgable, long-lasting
I recently purchased Earth Reflection and own a few others as well. I was looking for a neutral palette that wasn't boring on my fair skin. This is it! I do not like sparkly eyeshadows, and I work in a conservative environment, but Dior's Iridescent is perfect. Just the right amount of "pop" to the eyeshadow and makes your eyes effortlessly glamorous. I thoroughly researched swatches of this color online as I can only purchase online rather than viewing the colors in person, and I was amazed at how much better the palette looks in person. I have green/grey/bluish eyes and this palette is exactly what I was looking for.

Proseasy to blend, long-lasting
I've very happy with this palette. Very good staying power especially when used with the Nars eyeshadow base, lasts even after a gym session. The colours are subtle put have a beautiful pearl effect. Light up the eye area beautifully.

Proseasy to blend, long-lasting
The Dior 5 color palette's are my go to shadows. All of the color selections blend perfectly and the shimmer and shine last all day and night. Use with wet brush and the colors pop! The new "garden party" shades are gorgeous for spring! The darkest color is perfect to use as an eyeliner so it's very portable for that quick touch-up wherever you are.

Prossmudgable
I was not impressed with the way these colors go on. Too much glitter /shine for me and while the colors are beautiful they do not look the same when you apply them.
