I have always had a problem with smudges under my eyes from mascara. Finally, I have found one that does not smudge!

I wore this mascara and went jet skiing for a full day in the ocean and it was raining, was constantly rubbing my eyes coz of the salt water............got back to the room and looked in the mirror and my mascara hadnt smudged at all. IT REALLY DOES NOT SMUDGE!!! Best Mascara would never use anything else now
