ProsNo smudge eyes! It really works.
I am so happy to see this item return! I have used it for years and then suddenly it was gone. This is truly the best mascara ever! It does not smudge, removes easily with soap and water and doesn't clump. I hope it never goes away again!!

This is the best mascara have used. I have tried several over the last few years trying to find one that does not smudge under my eye. This one does does not move at all but it is easy to remove when I take my make up off. It also goes on well without being clumpy. I would definitely recommend this product.
