Best mascara ever

I love this mascara. I do a lot of exercising outdoors and this has never let me down. It doesn't smudge or run, always staying perfectly in place. I wear contact lenses and it doesn't fleck off into my eyes.

Unusually disappointed

I regret that I have to write this about the double wear mascara, and I've been meaning to write this since my last purchase but haven't got round to it. This is my usual go to mascara but I have been very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered the double wear mascara during lockdown and right from the start the contents was VERY dry, almost as if it was old and had dried out, so much so that the product won't even come off the brush and I've resorted to licking the brush (yuk) just to get some mascara onto my lashes. I normally like this 'stay in place' mascara which is easy to remove but doesn't brush off onto my undereye when I blink during the day. Now I'm going to have to think twice before I purchase this again. Has EL changed the formula ? or did I just get a dud I wonder?
