The best smudge proof mascara

I have hooded eyelids and wear contacts. Most supposedly smudge-proof mascaras I've tried still smudge, or give too little definition, or flake and irritate my eyes. This EL mascara doesn't smudge or flake, and it gives more body than other brands. It's the only makeup item that I re-purchase repeatedly.

Proscontact wears and cryers
I wear contacts and my eyes water when it's cold and in the summer because of allergies. This mascara never fails. It stays in place. Smudge proof even if I cry
