Great all around lipstick

Proslong-wearing, non-sticky, moisturizing
Laura Mercier is really the only lipstick I buy these days, love all I've tried and this is no exception. Decided to try this after reading other reviews and so glad I did. It's somewhat between a stain and a shiny lipstick in my opinion, it kind of feels like it's becoming one with my lips rather than sitting on top. Felt a bit different at first and wasn't sure I liked it but after the second time I used it I was hooked. Stays on well and when it fades it fades evenly--if that makes sense! Healthy Lips color is the perfect color to put on without makeup when you just need a little color to run to the store etc.

Love this shade, and love how it feels when it is first applied. Odd thing is, even though it feels fairly moisturizing when first applied, my lips tend to feel dry within an hour, hence the 4 starts instead of 5. But that's not going to stop me from using it.

Healthy Lips

Nordstrom shipped this order fast! The colour is a sheer brightish red, but sheer enough that it's not too in your face - it really just looks like what it's called, healthy lips (so descriptive, no?)
The two reasons I hesitate to give this 5 stars are that 1) the lipstick is relatively small, and 2) it can be drying, so I wear lip balm underneath.
