The pencil goes on smoothly and the smudge stick works well. My only criticism is that it’s not truly waterproof and smears when wet

I was very satisfied with my order. it arrived fast and it is the only eye liner that doesn't cause my eyes to tear. I love all products from Nordstrom and buy alot of stuff from Nordstrom
