Prosflawless, moisturizing, great coverage, good for any age
It covers all the sun damage such as loads of brown spots all over my face plus lots of red on my skin. Not a pretty sight without makeup. And I don't need to use two coats. I do use a little extra on a few spots. The pump allows one to use just a little or a lot. So on your first try, be careful.
I have tried many brands both expensive and not, and this is the best makeup for complete coverage. And, it does not look heavy on the face. It is the only product I use from La Prairie, and well worth the money.

Overpriced and Drying to the Skin

It is very lightweight and has a natural look. I did not care for the way it felt on my skin. I don't even have dry skin and this managed to make it feel dry and in need of moisture. Looking at the ingredient listing shows it is full of alcohol. Ugh. The finish is not exactly the most forgiving as the pigment clung to a healing blemish in such a way that it magnified it ten fold. I tried several different primers to no avail. I never had that issue with the discontinued Cellular Treatment Foundation and never had to use primer with it. With the huge ingredient listing and claims I expected much more. There is nothing special here but big claims and a price tag to boot. I've been much happier with Guerlain's Peau de Lingerie foundation.
The makeup went on nice, but it seemed a little heavy for me, and set into my fine lines.The color was wrong for me. I do think this makeup would look nice on people with flawless skin. M It would be nice if someone could really make a foundation that actually works and does not set into fine lines.
