My wife loves these slippers to the point where annually they need to be replaced. She gets great use out of them at home and when they are brand new... she floats!
Nordstrom sent an email that the package was delivered but it was not. I have screenshots of chat messages with customer service in which the rep says there’s no evidence the package was delivered and I’m entitled to a refund. Yer Nordstrom sent a one line email that they’re “unable to process the refund.” Two weeks later I’m out the packages and the $360 spent with no refund or resolution from Nordstrom . Will never buy from Nordstrom again.
