I have about 5 older pairs of UGG slippers & I ordered a new pair & I just opened the box & they’re USED & dirty! Now I have to go thru the return process & waste MY time because someone did not do their job at Nordstroms. I am extremely frustrated & disappointed. This isn’t Target or Walmart. Be better
I bought these at the Scottsdale store and was assured they would be delivered in 4–5 days. After five days, I Contacted the delivery service who said they had not received the package yet from Nordstrom. I contacted Nordstrom and was told the package had been sent and there is nothing else they could do. I finally received the slippers on the eighth day. This was extremely poor customer service, and I will be returning the slippers.
