Was shopping for a birthday present for my daughter. Went to two other departments stores in the mall before setting foot into Nordstrom. I was amazed at the quality service attention that we received. One on one attention was amazing. It was busy, but we were taken care of like people not just a number like the other stores. The selection was reasonable. My daughter had it down to two boots and decided on these. Unfortunately, the store did not have her size. Not a problem, as we could order them and have the shoes shipped to the house. This was nice and convenient for us. We later found out the delivery would be delayed. We received updates and two weeks later received the boots. I am very happy by the customer service and the quality of these shoes. My daughter is also very satisfied. These quality made Australian boots will keep her feet warm in winter and look terrific. A+
These boots came just in time for our big snowstorm in Salt Lake City. I'm so happy with them already! The second I slipped my foot into that wonderful Ugg fur I knew I had made a great choice. I bought a half a size up so I can wear a sock with them if I choose to (but I usually choose not to because they're so comfy). As usual, ordering and shipping from Nordstrom.com was perfect. Buy these boots with confidence.
These boots are amazingly comfortable! They are also quite warm. I've worn them several times for outdoor events, and my normally cold feet have stayed warm. As an added bonus, they're cute!
These stylish boots are the best for the winter weather. They are very durable and comfortable. I have has mine for several years and wouldn't trade them for any other winter boot.
