I haven’t had these long, but my old hiking style boots were not cutting it when I found myself out in the Missouri Winter elements for 20 minutes early in the morning and again in the late afternoon. The temps have been below zero and much less with the wind chill, other reviewers recommended these. I am so glad I bought them, my toes have been warm and toasty. I have found them to be very comfortable and have selected to wear them walking through the halls at school where I work, although initially I planned to change into everyday shoes.
I ordered a half size bigger because the sales lady insisted I needed a 6 1/2, I now realize the laces needed to be tightened on the size 6. They are fine, as I have been wearing socks.
They are really very attractive and I get a lot of compliments.
The best snow boots I've bought in a long time. The boots are super warm, waterproof and really comfortable. I originally got the sand color in a half size up but when they came realized they were true to size and had to exchange them for my actual size. Nordstroms made it very easy and ordered me another pair in a different color at my request. Both times I ordered I received the boots in less than a week. Oh and no need for thick socks, your feet will be on fire if you wear thick socks
