ConsSnapped And Broke
I had purchased a pair of the UGG earmuffs while visiting NYC last November and had worn them occasionally throughout the rest of the winter. When I put them on this November they snapped and broke. I returned them to UGG Austraila hoping for a replacement even though they were now out of warranty! In less than a week with no questions asked I had a new pair delivered to my home . THANK YOU UGG Austrailia for standing behind your product and making me a happy customer!!!
