Nice, but very small

They look very comfortable for around the house. I wear a 10, but I couldn't even get my foot in them. I returned them, haven't heard a word from them in over a week now. I'm worried that this order might get dropped through the cracks.
Beautiful slippers and lovely color. Hoped my dad would love them and he did like the color and how warm they look. However he has short fat feet with high insteps and despite ordering a size up he could not get his foot in them. They are going back.
True to size, very comfortable. The first pair I purchased lasted 4 years of daily use. I’m hoping the quality is still there unlike the soles to women's Uggs - which has since changed the rubber sole. This seems to be like the original.
Bought these for my Dad’s 85th. Easy to slip on and comfortable. I sized up because of review. Slightly snug, but stretched quite quickly to fit just right.
