They had to be returned to the store for a much larger size. Usually I wear a 10 and I had to buy a 12. This is a big difference. I would recommend buying them at a store so you can get the right size without paying for shipping.

I purchased these UGG slippers for my 17 year old son. He absolutely loves them. He not only wants to wear them around the house, but even to school. He thinks they look cool and can't believe how comfortable they are! I had read reviews saying they run a little small, but that is only if you are a half size. I chatted online before purchasing these and the representative said that since my son is not a half size, that the size 12 should be fine for my son. They fit him absolutely perfectly. They are sized correctly. Also, the luggage color is so rich-looking - more like a dark chocolate color. I would recommend these slippers to everyone - my husband wants a pair now!

My husband has enormous feet and it is really difficult to find shoes, flip-fllops and slippers to fit him. He usually is a size 15, but for these particular slippers he had to get size 17. Our home is all hardwood floors that get very cold in the winter months. My husband could not be happier with these slippers. Not only do they keep is feet warm and cozy, but they can pass as shoes too. He wears them to the market and to run quick errands. I own two pairs of Uggs; one pair of boots, the other pair slippers. I live in mine.

My husband asked for a pair of warm, comfortable slippers for Christmas, so I went to Nordstrom and bought him a pair of these -- about five YEARS ago! He STILL absolutely loves them! He asked me what I wanted for Christmas this year, so I told him "A pair of UGG's for my very own!" Truly worth the investment.
