I find the combination of Bobbi Brown blush and bronzer perfect for Florida casual living, as they are quick and easy to apply, and hold up well in the hot outdoor weather - no meltdowns as with liquid foundations, and easy to touch up on the go. The quality of the pigments is very good, and I found perfect colors for my complexion with the help of the Nordstrom cosmetician when I purchased for the first time in Florida. The only problem I've experienced is that the cakes for both tend to break up into pieces when you get near the end of using them. But it's still possible to continuing applying the product with the usual brushes.
All of the colors in this range are great, but my favorite is Pale Pink. It has a kind of indescribable blue based orchidy color that is really flattering on a wide variety of skin tones.
I am continually impressed that a powder blush can have such a brightening effect. It doesn't have any shimmer but it's just a beautifully soft color that not only brightens the skin, it even brightens the whites of the eyes.
Also unusual for a powder blush, it stays put for a very long time. For me, it lasts an entire day, from 7 am until I take it off around 9 pm. I do not have oily skin, but my experience with most powder blushes it that they fade after a few hours on me.
Sometimes I switch things up, but I always come back to this ultra-flattering, no brainer.
