Perfect. I am medium skin tone with warm undertones, and just use this all over my lid to brighten up my eyes. I don't need any other eyeshadow with it. Natural but brightens the eyes. Bobbi brown shimmer eye shadows are the best for people who want a natural look but not dull matte. I find it very difficult to find similar products in other brands - they are too glittery / metallic / shiny. BB is perfect.
