I ordered the bone and heather and they work very nicely together. I have fair skin and I believe they both give you a very natural look. It wears about what you would expect. The bone is not too white (although I am fair) and the heather has a nice purplish/brownish tinge.
This is my favorite of all my BB eye shadows. The shimmer is very light and doesn’t overpower any complimentary shades. I love that I can use it as a base for other colors or simply on its own for a bright wide eye look. The size is generous and will last a long time.
Shell and Bone are phenomenal base eyeshadows. I use Shell, Wheat and Ballet Pink (Sparkle range) together as a trio or substitute Bone for Shell. I also love combining Heather with Eggplant (from the Shimmer Wash) with Silver Lilac (from the Sparkle) for another trio that blends beautifully together. I hit pan on Shell after four solid years of use and these are very long lasting.
