When I received it, I was a little disappointed. In contrast to my other Longchamps, this one didn’t stand on its own because of the weight of the strap. During my last trip, I placed it inside my carry on . I went overboard and bought too much, but this bag was a lifesaver! I packed a lot in it, expanded, and checked it at the airline counter. It arrived in great condition. I will never leave home without it!
The material, handle, and top zipper are well constructed. The zipper that allows the bag to expand was not strong enough to stay closed and kept coming loose before I put any items in the bag. I returned it and bought another type of tote from Nordstroms that worked better.

Not what I expected.. the bag became a hassle to carry this bag might work for a short road trip but not for airport travel.
I purchased this expandable travel tote in Navy, and I love it. It’s great for travel and holds quite a lot. I also made a base shaper from lightweight cardboard to prevent sagging. I had my initials monogrammed on the bottom front section, which added a nice personalization touch! The adjustable strap makes it comfortable to carry on the shoulder, and the inside pocket is adequate. I’ve used it as my carryon for travel, and it’s perfect!!!
