Love this primer. I was afraid it would only work on light-and-rosy northern European complexions, but it does great with my light olive skin also. Adds just a tiny bit of pearly glow -- very subtle. Makes for a great smooth base for makeup -- I've been using the meteorites baby glow. Really transforms my face. A little goes a long way -- just one pump covers my whole face well. Expensive but worth it. I tried the Radiance base as well, but I like this better.

If you are a woman in your fifties and have dry skin this isn't for you. I found the effect minimal and this product feels sticky on the face. I imagine it would be ok if you wear foundation. But, If you need moisture on your face and wear a BB type cream this isn't for you. Who would want all those layers on theirs skin?

Proshydrating
I'm not into the 'extras' when it comes to make-up. Just give me the basics. But having this put on me at a store I enjoyed it for two reasons. 1. It seems to calm my rosacea down 2. It is so hydrating I may be old and my skin texture not as it once was, but I am not dry from lack of oil, which seems to be everyone's remedy. I need hydration.
First of all this is the prettiest primer I've ever seen and I got hooked instantly.
I use this after Sisley's All Day All Year then any liquid or powder foundation such as Lingerie de Peau and what a difference!! My uneven surface is gone and it keeps my foundation in place all day.
