Love this sandal!

Prosarch support, fashionable
I've had Mephisto's in the past, but never the sandal. I got this because I wanted something with more support, and that wouldn't feel loose like a flip-flop. This totally fit the bill. My foot feels secure, and I can wear it for long periods of time. Also, the beige color goes with everything, and it's got that fashionable sporty look. Can't wait to get it in other colors.

Sandal with support for plantar fasciitis!

It's very hard to find adequate arch support in a sandal for plantar fasciitis, especially in blue. Wore them about 14 hours the first time with no pain at all!

Wonderful comfortable shoes

I've purchased Mephisto's in the past and this shoe didn't disappoint. I have an arthritic hip and needed a shoe with great support and stability. These are cute and can be worn with slacks, jeans and shorts. I wore them all day the first day I got them and they were comfortable from the beginning. No break in time needed. My hip and knee have felt much better since I've been wearing these and I've even worn them out on long walks with our young golden. Great arch support and the profile is nice to dress them up. Not clunky looking like other cork based shoes. I'm planning to purchase the black patent and a metallic/grey pair as well. I tried the 38, but ended up with the 39. The reviews are correct that they run about a 1/2 small and to size up.

Outstanding sandals

Prossupport comfort
Love Mephisto Helen sandals: comfort and support that can be worn all day at work or on vacation adventures, enduring style that continues to get compliments, workmanship that lasts for years. I just replaced my first pair of black sandals that must have been at least a decade old; they wore out under my bunion area because I walk unevenly. I have Helen sandals in brown and gray as well because their simple style goes with so many clothes.
