I’ve been wearing Dansko clogs regularly for over 20 years. I’m a nurse on my feet all day. These are new to my rotation and I love the color! I definitely recommend.

The difference between danskos and all others is the wonderful sole/footed.It is molded firm not flexing which gives the feet stability in movement and standing no matter the event of the moment and the surface I must be on the feet rain stable! Yes they weigh more than dress shoes but they are engineered for your optimal body health from your toes right through all the foot muscles and bones right up the skeleton. This altogether is supreme comfort as your feet are supported but not cramped .this is the 1st time I bought wide width .the difference between med. &wide is about 1/2" overall. My usual is med. I bought this size to accommodate swelling halfway through my shift as part of my healing plan....I adore danskos. They are not a fashion shoe but I wear mine with fashions skimpy skirts, shorts, plenty of casual to dressy casual clothes and it is a good look. I've worn my danskos in the snow rain and humidity to walk the dogs. When others were hobbling over the ancient cobble streets of Europe in their Nikes ,I was fresh painfree in danskos because that stable sole and the overall engineering help you.
My wife got these and she loves them. She suffers from plantar fasciitis and these shoes help alleviate her symptoms. These shoes are well made. She returned the fig color because it has a deep purple mixed with black tint she didn’t particularly like.
