First try of dansko clogs. I ordered the wide version of the black oiled clogs since they didn’t have the regular/medium width in my size and some reviewers said they run narrow. I have medium-wide mostly flat fee but these were definitely too wide in the ankle area and I think I would have been fine in the regular width for my toe box also. I ordered my usual size (9) but wide width which is an EU 39W or 8.5-9. My toes were hitting the front of shoe when walking and my heel wasn’t sliding out as much as I thought they should. I’m hoping the regular width with a narrower heel version will secure my foot in the right place better than the wide version
This is true to photo/picture. I wish one the shoe was closer to the other pattern of the other shoe but they are complimentary so I can't complain. Fit is a little smaller so I had to get a size larger for clogs than dress shoes, for example. But when you find the right size for the clogs, they pretty much stay the same. I bought clogs six years ago from Nordstrom and the size I got this time was exactly the same as the ones I bought six years ago.
