I have just repurchased this toner, and am happy, happy, happy with this skin toner. It is economical and even better, it works. My skin is sensitive, and on the dry flaky side, and this product makes my skin as smooth as velvet. My makeup goes on like a dream.

Great toner! Does not dry out skin. Really cleans deep into pores, noticed a difference after just a few uses.
