I ordered 3 different models, all in the same size. And these certainly felt as 1 size smaller on my foot. Apparently issues with sizes is normal for this company as saw alot of similar complaints on their official website. So be prepared. Also, they are very beautiful and the price is very attractive for such a great design

The material is soft. I can’t wear them now but the initial try on & walk around the house they are quite comfortable.
