Very lightweight, comfy high waisted leggings with non-binding elastic. More than long enough for me at 5'8" with long legs. But they felt and looked more like tights. Could very easily wear them as long underwear under my EF ponti knit pants. I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing something so thin as pants out in public or having my cat propel herself off of my lap when I'm wearing these(ouch) so I'm returning them.
