Been using this product for probably 15 yrs (I'm 30 ys old). This is a staple for me. Every now and then I will want to try something new and always come back to this. I would say this is perfect for someone with little skin issues. Besides the occasional blemish and/or redness, my skin is pretty trouble-free. This makes my skin look flawless and is so light on the skin. Feels like your wearing nothing. I would say its medium coverage and don't really need to be reapplied throughout the day unless you touch your face a lot. Highly recommend!
Would highly recommend that you buy in the store to test the color with your complexion. This shade was recommended but did not blend well with my med/fair skin tone, gave a red hue but otherwise, I liked the coverage.
This product is great! The only thing was with this purchase it got complicated as the Americana Nordstrom was out of the shade we tested. The item was ordered and sent to me but then I realized I was tested wrong and the shade was too light. So this meant another trip and after two extra trips I was finally able to return the shade that was too light and the staff replaced it with the shade that works best.
I’d give 4.5 stars if I could... it’s everything I’ve been looking for in a powder foundation for daytime, daily use. (For nights out I wear Armani luminous silk). Most powder foundations seem cakey/chalky with not enough coverage but this solves both of those problems. It doesn’t even really need anything underneath it but for extra coverage (blemishes, veins around eyes...) I wear their tinted moisturizer underneath. I noticed some clogged pores after wearing these throughout the day but they’re supposed to be noncomedogenic so maybe it’s not their fault. That is the reason I’d take away half a star... in addition to the fact that it comes off pretty easily (like wear my sunglasses rest on my nose.)
