After using this pen on my cuticles I could see the difference right away! And the smell is great! I usually use it when I take off nail polish (because nail polish remover is so harsh), let it sit or massage into cuticles for about 5 min, and then wash off. This is definitely beneficial for your cuticles, especially if yours are cracked/dry like mine!
