They were good for 20-45 degree weather but I went to a -10 degree Chiefs game and my feet were freezing. Now it probably won't be that cold where everybody lives but I wouldn't expect your feet to be warm if it's under at least 15 degrees

Prossoft fleece
If you have a pair of Hunter boots (& live in the Midwest!)...these are necessary.
