Great fit for the Huntress!!

I have the Huntress boot (the wider version of the original tall) and was worried that these wouldn't fit. But they fit great!! I bought the medium, I am a size 8 shoe normally, but bought a 7 in this boot so the sock sizes pretty much run the same as the boots. They are not warm, they are just a piece of fleece. But they definitely help keep a little warmth in. I'm mostly going to use these for the little commute that I have, to walk from my car to the bus stop, then from the bus into my office, to save my dress shoes from mess and wear something nicer than bulky snow boots. But I wouldn't wear these as full time winter boots even with the liner.

Prospoor sizing
I bought these for my daughter to go with her boots (size 9). She wears a size 9 - 9 1/2 women's shoe. I originally bought size Large as it matched up with her shoe size. They were WAY too big. The socks bunched all up in the boots. So we exchanged the socks for a Medium. The medium size fit her size 9 foot (even though the description said they were for a much smaller foot) BUT the socks weren't tall / long enough to come up over the top of the boot as shown in the pictures. In my opinion, a waste of money and time on my part. These too will be returned. Such a cute idea.They felt nice and soft but definitely didn't fit my daughter's feet!

My size 7 Hunters are a little roomy with regular wool socks but these fleece welly socks make them very snug and warm, especially with a pair of regular socks underneath for extra toastiness. It does become kind of an awkward challenge to get the boots off.
They're definitely very comfortable, and if you're planning on wearing Hunters in the snow you absolutely need a really heavy sock. My one issue with them is that I kind of feel like I look like Santa Claus with the fluffy white cuff over my tall black boots, but maybe that's just me.

Not much to say other than Hunter makes the best rain boots in the business. I ordered the plain black socks for my new willies and they're perfect.
