In this day and age of on line ordering, it is so wonderful to have a pair of shoes that you ordered fit perfectly. I am beyond happy with my purchase and should have chosen a pair of Dansko shoes a long time ago. I love them!
i have been wearing dansko professionals in 39 for decades. have always wanted this backless style, as it is so similar to the professional. unfortunately though, the clog itself is super loose on my foot and i don't have especially skinny feet. the footbed feels perfect so i'm worried if i size down to the 38, it might be too short. so cute though! bummer!

I am a women’s US 8.5 sometimes 9 medium. This shoe fits me in a size 39. Back story: I tried this style shoe in its Sanità version in a 39; too small. I tried the Sanità 40; wayyyy too big. I took a chance and ordered these - the Dansko version - in a 39 and they fit PERFECTLY. Not too big, not too small. I wore them right off the plane and clomped around Amsterdam for 8 days with no problems. People are very opinionated regarding Sanità vs. Dansko. All I know is: if your US 8.5 feet are on the larger side but not a true 9, 39 Dansko will fit you like a dream.
