I love the fact that this does curl my lashes. The only problem is that it is hard to take off. If I forget to take it off I have serious raccoon eyes in the morning. And then the raccoon eyes are hard to clean up. If it cleaned up more easily I would love it.
This has been my go-to favorite mascara for the last 10 years. It resists water and never smudges, but easily comes off with plain soap & water. It builds volume and length, but never gets cake-y or clumpy.
