The coat has an excellent quality. They used this soft lining material and all the small details are considered. I can't wait for my niece to open this gift box and try it on.

Very cute jacket, excellent quality. It's not that cheap, smelly vinyl that most other rainjackets are made out of. The ruffles in the back are what sold me on it! The only thing is that I should've gone with a size larger, it runs a bit on the small side. I ordered a 3T and the recipient is a very tiny size 3 and it was definitely true to her size, so if your 3 year old is average or above average height/weight, I'd buy the next size up for sure.
