I normally wear a light-medium Estee Lauder foundation and purchased the lightest shade of this Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer (illuminating) based on comments that it was quite dark. I used just a small amount and it looked ghastly on me, like an overly tan/orange shiny texture. I was shocked. It is not like the sample I had from Nordstroms. It also seeed to wear off a few hour into it.
This is by far the best tinted moisturizer I have ever tried. The light reflecting bits make your skin glow. The coverage is perfect. A little goes a long way. I was on my third tube ( they each last about six months ) But now Bare radiance hasn't been in stock. Please bring bare back in stock for pale complexions!
I really like this product and have ordered it multiple times. It’s nice alone but I add it to my foundation with a beauty blender for the perfect amount of “tan” without looking fake.
This is thicker (less dew-y) than the other tinted moisturizer. I like it, but the shades don't match other products so it's hard to get it right online.
