Best eyeliner!!

I've been experimenting with every type of eyeliner out there and have finally found this to be the perfect one. I was apprehensive after reading some reviews about how it smudges, but I decided to give it a try. It's pretty awesome. Stays all day and the color payoff is great. I did experience some fading after about 8 hrs on 1 eye and not the other, but it's only happened once. I like this one as much as the water-proof eyeliner from Chanel with the hopes I won't have to replace this one as often with usage. Took away 1 star for the fading experience, but overall it's a great product.

Learn to use this - it will change your life.
More specifically, you can do thin lines, thick lines, dots, invisible lash enhancement....
Once it's set (no more than a minute), it stays put until you wash it off.

I love how this eyeliner applies, even with the small brush included. It can easily be used to create the perfect cat eyey. My only complaint is that it tends to start smudging into the crease after a few hours.
This is THE BEST eyeliner ever! You do need a steady hand, and you may want a thinner brush sometimes. But goes on black matte, stays on until you wash it off - and soap will do!
