This is the perfect formal "little black dress" everyone must have. However prior to ordering, I should have listened to the reviews stating it ran small and to order the next size. I ordered my nornal size and it was somewhat small in the waist, and was a little uncomfortable once zipped. I did receive a lot of compliments on the dress. The top sitting lightly off the shoulders adds to the great look. If you can get over your vaniety, order the next size.

The dress fits well, although, the neckline/style shows a bit too much cleavage for my age and size. Hard to tell that dress is blue; definitely looks black unless held under the light a certain way.

Somewhat disappointed in this dress. The 'true midnight' was closer to black than navy and with it being satin I didn't care for the combo. I purchased for my niece's wedding but it looked more for MOB or MOG. I am usually a sz. 12 and ordered a 14 since the special occasion dresses tend to run small. The 14 just fit! Couldn't have taken it any smaller so would say this brand/style runs small. Nordstrom did suggest ordering up a size which was nice to know going in.

I ordered this in a size 12 and it was loose in hip area which I was okay with but when it came to top I couldnt zip it up all the way. I wear a 36D so this should have not been a problem based on size chart. If I order larger size Im sure the bottom half will need to be taken in. Color was perfect for a wedding Im in this Oct but not crazy about the color, ordered putty because I had to.
