I am wearing this to my son's wedding in October. It is an afternoon wedding and I think this will be the perfect dress for the church ceremony and reception afterwards. I need an 8 petite in this dress and the other styles I tried style were 6 and fit. The neckline is flattering and the straight skirt is slenderizing.

I have the classic hourglass figure, which is not so much a blessing as a curse these days. This dress fit me well and was very flattering and even sexy.
Many of the reviews talk about it being a good mother of the bride dress. I'm in my mid 30s and was concerned that the dress could read older, but it worked for me. I can't imagine my mom in this dress so kudos to the women wearing it to their kids' weddings!
The fabric is beautiful. The navy color is rich and tasteful. I have a very full bust, and the dress provides ample coverage in front and on the sides, but note that the "V" part of the neckline is a separate piece of folded fabric that folds and attaches at the bust, rather than under the arm. This leaves a bit more skin exposed under the arm pit, which I'm not thrilled about, as I don't consider that to be my best feature. :)
This dress will work great on girls with hourglass figures. Good pick!

I am a pear shape and usually wrap style dresses work for me. Chose this for a wedding event, however I had to send back. The top was too big, while the bottom was too snug across the hips. I ordered a misses size 16. My size is 14W or 16. The dress is beautiful, but just wasn't a good match for my body shape. Even if it came in a plus size, the top still would have been too big and the dress would have required alterations. Will have to stick to seperates instead.

I moved to a rural coastal town recently, and needed a dress for my daughters wedding. Unable to travel several hours to shopping, I ordered this dress on line. I normally don't have much luck ordering clothes on line or catalog. I was very pleasently surprised with this dress. This dress is not only very comfortable, but it's very flattering. The stretch satin hugs the curves without restricting movement. The faux wrap hides the " pop out tummy" that comes with age and childbirth, and also makes your waistline look great. I will wear this for many occasions after the wedding. This was also the least expensive dress I ordered. I found this dress to be true to size or maybe a little on the small side.
